Absence Policy:
There will be no lessons on:
- March Break
- Christmas Break
Lesson cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will not be made up (illness and family emergencies excepted).
For cancellations with more than 24 hours notice, a maximum of 2 make-up lessons will be provided, at no additional cost, for the following:
- Personal illness
- Family illness
Make-up Lessons must be used before June 30, 2022. After two missed lessons, all no-show lessons are paid for.
New: I am also allowed a maximum of two sick days per studio year. Therefore the lesson will be paid for, but I will owe you the time which we can schedule anytime throughout the studio year. So, if I’m sick twice this year, I will owe you 60 mins of lesson time!
